SPRAY COOLER

Spray cooler are used to produce solid beads from their liquid form. Spray dryer use a 3-4 mm nozzle head to disperse liquid or slurry into the top of the chamber, while cold air is blow from the bottom of the chamber, creating a counter-current flow.

 

Insoftek have sold several spray dryers across India and Malaysia.​

Typical Specifications of the Spray Cooler that we supplied:

  • 0.8 to 1.0 metric ton per hour based on 3 to 4 mm spay nozzle and beads. This system consists of one spray chambers which able to spray input Palmitic/stearic acid.
